Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders valued at $150 or more (pre-tax and shipping costs).

 

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the continental U.S. We cannot accept orders that are billed and shipped to P.O. boxes or freight forwarders. 

 

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

Standard shipping options : 

  • Orders <$150 - Sure Post $5.57 (3-10 business days for delivery)
  • Orders <$150 - UPS Standard Ground $10 (2-5 business days for delivery)
  • Orders > $150 - FREE - (defaults to standard ground, no free Sure Post offering)

Expedited shipping options:

  • UPS 2Day Air - $25
  • UPS Standard Overnight - $35

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you didn’t receive that email, please check your spam and promotions folders. If you don’t find it there, contact customer service via support@actie.co (please provide the email used to place your order) , and we will follow up with your tracking information.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Not yet! We can’t wait to provide that service in the future. Stay Tuned! 


When will my order arrive?

Actie.co orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days (we don’t ship out on weekends or major holidays). The shipping time will depend on the method selected.

*Please note, with COVID restrictions we have noticed some slight shipping delays, current listed shipping times are estimates.


How do I cancel an order? 

Please email us at support@actie.co with the word “Cancel” in the subject line as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel your order once it’s been placed, but we will do our best! 


What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it?

If your package hasn’t shown up within 48 hours of being marked as delivered, please contact our customer support via support@actie.co 

 

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing an item? 

Please let us start off my saying: We are SO SO SORRY! Please email us at support@actie.co with the subject line “Something Went Wrong” and someone will help you ASAP! 

 

RETURNS + PROMOTIONS

What is your return policy? 

We're sorry it didn’t work out! If you didn’t love your Actie product for any reason, please email us at support@actie.co with the subject line “return” for assistance with your request.

While we’re happy to refund or replace your product, we are unfortunately unable to refund shipping charges.  Please keep in mind returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your WWWC items. All products must be returned in original packaging.


When can I expect my refund? 

Once your return has be confirmed please allow up to 15 days from the date shipped to arrive back to our team. We’ll send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received and another one confirming when your refund has been processed. 

If the 14 - day return window passes while your return is in - transit, your refund will still be issued once inspected by our team.

Once your refund has been processed, it can take 5-7 business days for your refund to be received, based upon your credit card processor.

 

Where do I enter a promo code?

During the checkout phase of placing your order, enter your promo code in the box labeled “promo code.”
